The name says it all. "Lau" means kind of "uncomplicated" and low intervention at the same time. Lau is a wine for every day!
"Grau" is made from Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), 50% direct pressed and 50% carbonic maceration for 14 days.
A very drinkable Pinot Gris, juicy and creamy.
