Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. To this small batch no. 08-2022, Jan and Nicole added organically grown Pinot Blanc from Piri.naturel (Nahe), harvested together in 2021. After two months of maceration in the beer, the concoction was pressed and left to mature in barrels for over a year. This beer already aged one year in the bottle.
