100% Carricante from the east side of Etna, from vineyards at 850m in Milo where Carricante is the most widespread white variety and a different side of the volcano to Cédric’s winery in Randazzo.
4 days of skin maceration give this wine some body and structure. Instead of the more lemony flavours common with many wines made from Carricante, Cédric wanted to express the darker yellow fruit flavours and honey notes of this variety.
