Gamay d'Auvergne from an 80 year old parcel on basalt soil, made with semi-carbonique and macerated in amphora and aged in oak barrel. Lulu is one of Patrick Bouju top wines and made from his own grapes in Auvergne. We highly recommend to decant the wine and give it some time in the decanter for the most enjoyment.
