This 100% Merlot comes from the best part of the vineyard "Götzenberg" and is grown on marl soil.
12 days of whole cluster fermentation in an open vat, followed by 12 months in used 500l barrels.
The wine is soft with a medium body, not too loud, not too fruity. A nice addition in your next conversation with a friend.
Only 1200 bottles made.
