After the Nr. 1, which was made from 100% Pinot Blanc, this one is now made from Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from harvest 2021 with around 15% reserve from 2020. Base wines were matured in small and medium-sized wooden barrels.
Bright fruit, subtle herbs. Very straightforward, crisp and fresh. A wine with a lot of tension and finesse. This is great Sekt! And a lot of fun to drink.
