50% of the fermentation was in a 350l cherrywood barrel and 50% in different 54l glas ballons. Blended after 10months togehter and bottled in July 2022 without filtration.
A complex white Bordeaux wine with notes of pear and blossom.
Please keep the bottles until spring 2023 in your cellar.
