Our interpretation of Gutedel. Approx. 2/3 was pressed directly and fermented in wooden barrels, the other third was destemmed and mash fermented for 12 days, then pressed and fermented dry in wooden barrels. After more than 9 months on the full lees in the barrel, the wine was drawn off and prepared for bottling. A light-bodied white wine with around 10% alcohol that nevertheless has some structure. Bottled entirely without added sulphur and as a young wine, this wine is therefore somewhat cloudier and less stable than our other white wines. 

Drinkable like spring water.
