After 2/3 of his grapes got hit by hail, he had to be creative. And he was!
Spicy, made with 35% Auxerrois, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Gris and a touch of Muscat, is one of a kind. The wine has a driving volatile acidity paired with a pink fruit bouquet and wakes you up like a Bloody Mary with a dash of tabasco. We are big fans!
